Since Covid 19 hit, we’ve extended our Teams Culture Apps to create 2 new bespoke solutions. These were created to help maintain well-being, as well as creating solutions to help with social distancing in the office.
HOW YOU DOING AT HOME
Created for home workers to ensure they are happy and their well-being is supported when in isolation. Asking 4 well-being based questions each day. Low scores and non-completion notifies their line manager to check-in.
BOOK A HOT DESK
Returning to the office with social distancing in place can be daunting, our people need to know there’s a desk for them to sit at. Book a hot desk allows you to book a desk for up to a day and shows you who else is in the office at that time.

CPIT’s Red Hot Teams Culture is part of our Adoption managed service plan so you’ll get plenty of support, our Culture Manager will work with you to plan the roll out of these tools to ensure they’re adopted properly, they’ll also be available for any support needs you come up against. You’ll have access to and receive standard reporting, enhanced reporting is available at no extra cost if you have with a Power Bi Pro licence. We’ll continue to add apps to our Red Hot Teams Culture offering – our roadmap is full of new ideas!
