As Italy extend their quarantine and the UK government discuss our next steps, Covid-19 is set to put every business’s flexible working capabilities to the test.

We use the voice chat in Microsoft Teams on our helpdesk so our people can work from any location – a feature that proved particularly useful over the Christmas break when we didn’t have to open the office at all to continue providing an uninterrupted service to our clients.
